Welcome! My name is Seema Wu and I am a professional organizer & a licensed Real Estate Agent in New Jersey. I am also the founder and owner of Lifestyle Organized.
I have passion for real estate, and helping clients simplify buying & selling homes. Professionally Organizing (since 2013) and Staging homes comes natural to me and I enjoy it. Seeing other Real Estate Agents only suggesting to to declutter and get the house cleaned for a 'photoshoot' and not actually helping them.. made me think that the consumer deserves better service. ​
My team & I have helped families de-clutter (making move easier ), staged using some of our pieces and reaggranding furniture to make the space look bigger. We also hired a cleaning crew right before the mega open house. I joined Keller Williams Prosperity in 2018 and was coached by a top producing agent that guided me through buying and selling real estate for my clients. Because of this excellent coaching, my clients have sold their properties at 99% of asking.
